Recurring - Out of office for Gmail™ A Gmail addon that helps you by marking when you are out of office and sends an auto reply message to everyone who sends you an email. It works in four easy steps:
1. Choose the days you want
2. Set the hours you are away
3. Write the message you want to be sent automatically
4. Activate and deactivate Recurring - Out of office whenever you want
Check the boxes right next to the days you are out of office. You can choose all the days of the week or just the days that you need. It doesn’t have to be in a sequence you can check whichever you want.
2. Select the hours you want
If you want to pick a specific period of time that you are gonna be out of office you can click on show more underneath the day you want. Once you click more 2 options will be shown, the first one is start after and the other one is end before so you can choose when the affect of the addon will start and what time it will end.
3. Write the message you want to send
There is a message written that will be sent automatically when someone sends you an email while you are out of office. Of course, you can change this message and write what ever you like, just erase the one that is already written and write down your own message.
4.Activate the functionality
Last but not least, when all is done click on the button activate to turn on Recurring – Out of office.
